Nathan R. Emery, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist that specializes in the surgical and medical management of diseases of the eye with an emphasized focus on medical and refractive cataract surgery.
Dr. Emery completed his medical degree at the Chicago Medical School in Illinois.  He served his internship at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago before moving to Florida to complete his Residency in ophthalmology at The University of South Florida in Tampa.  He has practiced Ophthalmology in the Tampa Bay area for 20 years and appreciates the trust his patients place in him for their eyecare.  He is dedicated to helping his patients preserve and improve the precious gift of sight both medically and surgically.
Dr. Emery is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member the Pinellas County Medical Society, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataracts and Refractive Surgeons.  He is on staff at Palms of Pasadena Hospital and Pasadena Surgery Center.
Dr. Emery resides in the area and enjoys spending his free time with family, playing sports and cheering on our local sports teams The  Lightning, The Rays and The Tampa Bay Bucs.
