With over 15 years of dedicated practice, Dr. Christine Hair is a seasoned optometrist known for her commitment to improving lives through better vision. Most recently, she has held significant roles at Newsom Eye and TLC Laser Eye Centers in Tampa, FL.
Dr. Hair’s academic foundation is rooted in excellence. She attended The University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, setting the stage for her remarkable career. She then received her Doctor of Optometry degree from The University of Houston – College of Optometry, where she gained profound insights into the intricate world of vision care.
Believing that every patient holds a unique story, Dr. Hair is passionate about unraveling the narrative behind each set of eyes she examines. She firmly believes that patient education is paramount, considering it the cornerstone of a comprehensive eye exam. For her, the process is complete once every question finds an answer, ensuring her patients are empowered to make informed decisions about their eye health.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Hair enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two boys and two dogs. An avid enthusiast of an active lifestyle, she likes to run, cycle and read. Her love for music finds expression through attending live concerts and she also likes to travel.
