Meet Eye Doctor Wm. Preston Billig
Dr. Billig grew up in suburban Philadelphia and is a 1983 graduate of The University of Tampa with a degree in Biology. He received his doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1987. Following his internships at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia and the Orlando Naval Hospital, Dr. Billig began practicing in Tampa. Dr.’s Billig and Dahlberg are married and have three adult children.
