Dr. Sara Creekmore is a board-certified ophthalmologist with more than 17 years of experience providing comprehensive medical and surgical eye care. She is passionate about helping patients preserve and restore their vision through compassionate, individualized treatment and the latest advances in ophthalmology.
Dr. Creekmore believes exceptional patient care begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns, answer questions, and ensure every individual feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their care. Her meticulous attention to detail, combined with a warm and personalized approach, allows her to build lasting relationships with patients and their families.
Throughout her career, Dr. Creekmore has diagnosed and treated a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, age-related macular degeneration, dry eye, and other medical eye disorders. She provides comprehensive ophthalmic care with an emphasis on achieving the best possible visual outcomes for every patient.
Dr. Creekmore earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University before receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Bradenton, Florida. She completed her internship at Largo Medical Center and her ophthalmology residency at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year.
She is board certified in ophthalmology and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.
Outside of the office, Dr. Creekmore enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She finds the greatest reward in helping people see, and feel, their very best.
